To raise your wellness. One fight will cost you 10 wellness while you can heal upwards to 50 wellness at your local hospital. This leads to higher productivity at work and ultimately a raise from your employer.
You also gain 2 EXP per fight, making it so that you can breeze through those first dozen levels as quickly as possible!
What are Military Ranks?
Ranks are basically determined by how much damage you have done in the past. After certain damage thresholds, you will be promoted and consequently get a bonus damage multiplier.

When can I fight?
This question is harder to answer. The war schedule changes too much due to real eRep wars and human error. Just check the army page periodically.

Nice job Metic! People in my company need this also. @ Kuroiunmei your wellness does not have to be below 40 to heal at the hospital. You only need to fight once in a battle and the hospital shall be available. [Make sure your wellness does not hit below 40 because you will not be able to fight then]
Somebody brought it up on irc and didn't feel like posting it here on his own so yea. Might be worth editing in up at the top there just how much more experience you gain by fighting every day too.

And yes, as long as you've fought once, you can heal. But of course, it's best to get down to 40 wellness to heal if you are at any of our 3 Q5 hospitals!
