To remedy this situation, the Chaos administration has decided to start up a gifting program for citizens in need.

The requirements needed for eligibility

1. Must be active
2. Must be a Japanese Citizen

Yep, that's all the requirements you need. However, we might check for hard-worker medals if there is a shortage, but this is unlikely since we have around 3000 gifts stockpiled in the JIS.

To get started just send Japanese Interior Service a message or post a comment saying "I need gifts" or something on this article and we'll ship over the gifts.
