My Humble Opinion of the Political Parties of the eUK (or My Reply to The MIK)

Day 5,733, 17:54 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Judas H Christ

It was nice to see MIK awaken from his slumber as Speaker in order to address me. After doing nothing for a month, it is encouraging to see him show any form of activity. Welcome back from Zombie Land, MIK.

It's nice to see him show any activity, but it is especially great to see MIK being right for a change. I kinda DID tear down the rest of the parties, didn't I?

So, here's a look at each of those parties and my opinion of the party.

TRS is the perfect example of a good idea gone bad. Having an active community is a great idea, but activity for activity's sake is not. There is a pack mentality here and the party does tend to be a bit aggressive. To their surprise, other people do not like being trolled or spoken down to and they don't have many friends outside the party. There is a huge lack of self-reflection in this party and they tend to put party goals as paramount. If they ever unseat Huey George, I am sure we will never hear the end of it.

That being said, its member ranks include some of the most helpful players in the eUK. A lot of them I consider friends... a lot of them I consider snobs. Either way, that party is DEF not for me.

Once the mightiest party in all of the UK, I once belonged to TUP a long time ago in a former incarnation. Unfortunately, it is the party of Keith, a second-rate troll who occasionally writes fantastic articles. Other than that, I can't say much about TUP because other than Keith, it is a quiet community.

UKRP is a weird party. It has members from the helpful likes of Select28 to the barely-tolerable certacito to the shameful ilk of SHA. They don't seem to do much, other than the vocal Appleby, who most wish would just STFU and go back into hiding. Rodney and 11ue are cool though.

"We want as many citizens as possible to have a say in how the country is run..." is the first words of the Huey Party's description. Yet he has been Party President and Country President for longer than many people have been here. He's not a bad bloke, but meh.

Two words: Ajay Bruno.
