I'm British

Day 5,691, 17:47 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Judas H Christ

Sorry I haven't written lately, but my time in the eUSA zapped me of all joy. That has changed quite a bit with a move to the eUK about a week ago. I mean, look at me, starting everything with an apology already.

There are things that are common with that of the USA here, but so much more NOT in common with the USA. That's a good thing. The eUSA Community (aside from the awesome folks in SFP and some cool people in other places like the Old Folks home) is essentially a toxic community. Either you are in what I called the NEW Elite or you are an Outsider. Taking the new Elite head on results in a disgusting display of retribution and retardation. It's worse now than it was in the past, which is crazy considering how small the community has become. Just like I said in a Shout a few weeks ago, Rainy Sunday was right.

But enough about my old home, let's talk about my new home, the eUnited Kingdom. It's pretty cool here. Government programs are pretty killer and I found an active group of gamers here in The Real Spamicans party. They're pretty awesome. Here is a group that I am quite familiar with, yet still making new friends. They are helpful and fun, two things that are essential to any good community. I'm glad I found this group.

Another thing I like is the fact that Congress is not only active, but also has public discussions in the National Feed. Imagine a community where the Congress has an active participation in the on-going affairs, not just a rubber stamp of the Country President. Crazy, I know... but it's true.

In addition, they actively want members of the community to join in and voice their opinions and desires in the steering of the community. there's no retribution if you have a difference of opinion. I fact, they embrace the ideas of other people, instead of shunning them and trying to publicly shame them. It's crazy.

So I want to thank the eUnited Kingdom community for welcoming me here with open arms. You lot are awesome and I am having a great time here. It's a great change to be wanted and treated that way instead of being shunned and stabbed in the back constantly. Thank you all!
