Welcome to the ClopoStars round news. I will try to make this after each round as much as I can.

We had a busy weekend in ClopoStars and a "vacation mode" for the majority of the Erepublik players. The lack of events in Erepublik and the beautiful weather outside (in some places even too hot) lead to small scores for the majority of the cards and all-time low general scores for the winners.
MarkoZivancevic is on fire managing to win the Normal Hero for the 4th time and having a victory in each of the last 3 rounds. This allowed him to get on the second position of the general classification and challenge the leader Marcelaxy for the PlayStation 5 prize. We are wondering what the secret is.
Sweeta managed to get a very close win with only 17 points advantage over Iliyan Zlatev. Still, her constant performances keep her very high in the Prestige general classication.
First victory for the CobeMakedonski and obtained in the most difficult of the competitions, The Bronze Hero. Again, only a small margin, 14 points ahead of TestOneTestTwo, but finding a good mix of cards with IoStefan Voievod, the card with the most points this round and Nuclear Furiosa, an iregullar card hitting the jackpot for Cobe.
Another "first timer" winner in the Outsiders Hero Mix. Nobody would said that The Night King would be the ideal "hero" in the winning line-up except for Blackwiz. And what a deserving win for him. He got a Tier 1 card. I am sure he will have better options now for the Hero slot.
THE RACE FOR THE PLAYSTATION 5
In the race for the PlayStation 5, with less than 1 month until the end of the season (season ends on August 16th), the advantage of Marcelaxy shrinked from over 600 points to less than 300, MarkoZivancevic and Sweeta getting quite a lot of Prestige in the last week. What was once a solitary race seems to transform into a heavyweight fight.
WEEK CURIOSITIES
* MarkoZivancevic is the only player to win competitions in 3 consecutive rounds. He is also the only player to have won the Normal Hero competition 4 times!!!
* The only player without a victory in Top 10 is... Clopoyaur! I need to push for that win.
* The best player (by Prestige) without a single podium placement is, believe it or not, Mithrantir (53rd). The Spaniards are unlucky as he is, Superpaco (60th) and Gigaphiss (64th) being next one without such a performance.
* 176 players (out of over 450) have gotten Prestige so far, but at least 115 Prestige is needed to be in the Top 100.
NEWS OF THE WEEK
Attila14 consolidates his position (for the 3rd round in the row) as the best card in the game taking advantage of the TCordis vacation. Many players are facing dilemmas now wether to play TCordis or to go for someone else, as up until now it was the best "Tuesday" card.
How long is the holiday of Tcordis lasting
On the same front MohanB card is on a constant rise, getting closer and closer to Tier 1. A place where GubaOtrovna was also able to climb for a few rounds.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Juansegaliz - Managed to get a Top 10 in the Normal Kombat competition at his first participation. We wish him great success and to setup a cool avatar

unlucky, but... mai departe!
Until 3 weeks ago, I did not know it existed. I learned about it by players starting to ask me to do dmg or win medals before a certain time point. 😮 ..then one person promised to pay me erepublik currency.

It is interesting how that game can create an interesting relationship between e-citizens.I don't know you personally, but I feel honoured that you hold me in high regard (in a sense).
However what those players did was bad, asking you to play other than naturally. I do appologies for their missbehaviour.
I was not offended, I understood they want just want to win in that game. You can ask your players to avoid influencing players - which I'm sure happens time to time - since it may win them a few points in the short run but it is probably a bad strategy in the long run as their own performance of judging players is not reflected anymore, and the card will show a more random behaviour. I suspect you want a card which is consistently good, while cards with random peak performances are hard to play with..
You know Erepublik players. When they are on to something, nothing can stop them. And nobody can control an individual especially in games.
But on the otherside I appreciate the fact that you knew how to handle the situation and kept your calm. Maybe even made the game a bit more interesting for you 🙂
My weekly target is at least 120 BHs (60 fuel)
