Al fin nos reencontramos después del verano mi estimado Joseph! Me gustaría hacerte una entrevista porque tenemos una cercanía y desde el Polo Sur se escucha un silencio que llega hasta República Checa, lo que viene siendo… 🙂


¿Qué está pasando en la política del Paraguay?

Pues, en la política no pasa mucho, solo estamos viendo a Conny con sus primos que vienen e intentan hacer algo para agarrar al país, más allá, seguimos en el poder tratando de seguir adelante, con el paso del tiempo hemos visto como la politica de america ha ido cambiando, como los amigos son enemigos y ahora son neutrales, como otros desconocidos se hicieron amigos. Sinceramente quisiera comentarte que políticamente tenemos el espacio para mas congresistas, porque somos un país en decadencia de miembros activos, pero como gobierno estamos activos y atornillados en la Alianza. Espero que podamos trabajar en conjunto con otros gobiernos, y con otras personas mientras no se rompan los lineamientos del gobierno.

Cuál es tu visión sobre la existencia de alianzas en la estructura del juego actual que está plagada de TW, sin guerras reales?

Es simple. CODE falló, porque solo buscaba el dominio total, guerras de desgaste, y TWs para coger el oro para volver a las guerras de desgaste contra los grandes. Todavía quedan algunos países en ella, pero si no cambian su forma de pensar, veo difícil que puedan salir a flote nuevamente. ¿El resto de alianzas? La neutralidad es buena, pero si el juego permitiese retirar más de 400k por ley, Polonia podría entrar al juego y junto con Pacífica, dominar al mundo. Creo que sería bueno poder ver una invasión a Polonia, costaría un montón, lo sé pero tener a Polonia borrada por 1 mes o más, sería bonito de verlo, ver como todos tratan de mover las empresas, ver como la economía arde...


Noté que el módulo periodístico está prácticamente sin uso. ¿Cuáles propuestas tendrías para mejorarlo?

Mira, desde el punto de vista técnico, cada artículo es un espacio de memoria que provoca que los servidores vayan más lento, y preferiría que no se colapsen, el evento de este año ni siquiera incluyó periódicos... Pero si me preguntas qué haría para mejorarlo? Subiría la cantidad donada por endorse, para que así un buen artículo pueda llevarse más CC. Colocaría un timer para que uno no pierda tiempo escribiendo y luego se borre todo... Colocaría también enlaces a la wiki de eRep de cómo escribir un artículo, para que los pocos nuevos que llegan, puedan saber como escribir uno...


¿Cómo te sientes al estar tantos meses en el cargo de presidente?


Sinceramente siento que llevo pocos meses, cuando llegue al país, estaba Heroldo de presidente, ya llevaba 21 medallas de presidente y sentía que no estaba rindiendo, no habían tws, la participación de PY en la alianza era baja, casi no había packers en el país, era un país fantasma, que respondía a sus vecinos dejándose pisar en cada momento. Desde que estoy en la presidencia, y que ya voy para el año de manera continua(tengo 23 medallas, debería tener 31), tenemos al menos 5 cuentas fuertes, que pakean mes a mes, que farmean en las batallas, tenemos guerras de entrenamiento, y somos parte de una alianza importante, una que no nos pisotea, que nos respeta y que logro la neutralidad con nuestros vecinos para que podamos vivir en paz. Ahora mismo siento que somos el hermano pequeño de Asteria, pero podemos volver a ser una gran potencia 🙂


Yo te quiero felicitar por la trayectoría que has tenido todos estos años y veo que Paraguay es tu descanso, lo ves así? Aprendiste algunas palabras en guaraní?

No se si descanso, estoy acá desde el 2019 y sinceramente me gusta, a pesar de las riñas que se pueden tener con algunos personajes en especifico, siento que ya soy uno más y quiero siempre lo mejor para el país.

Por último te pido que me cuentes cuáles son tus proyectos a futuro en eRepublik y te pido que nos regales una canción que te guste, no importa si es de otro país, sería como un regalo para nosotros.

Mis proyectos a futuro? Ufff, Seguir dándole, tener más guerras de entrenamiento, haciendo las epicas semanales en D2 y D3. Y si se suman más personas, poder subir a D4... Sobre una canción, lo veo más difícil, Preferiría comentarte que prefiero recordar a todos los jugadores que nos han apoyado y que algunos han ido dejando el juego, que nos observan desde lejos y que podrían llegar a leer este artículo. Te puedo contar que en estos 5 años, la historia se ha hecho con el apoyo y/o participación de Papu, Martu, Pitufina, Fitomar, IronmanHiko, ZP, Heroldo, Chamorro, DECV II, Leonidu, Cronuss, Colosqui, Cafres, AF, entre muchos otros que sin ellos, no estaríamos ahora mismo en este lugar.

What is happening in Paraguayan politics?

Well, in politics not much is happening, we are only seeing Conny with his cousins coming and trying to do something to grab the country, beyond that, we are still in power trying to move forward, with the passing of time we have seen how the politics of America has been changing, how friends are enemies and now they are neutral, how other strangers became friends. I would sincerely like to comment that politically we have the space for more congressmen, because we are a country in decline of active members, but as a government we are active and screwed in the Alliance. I hope that we can work together with other governments, and with other people as long as we don't break the guidelines of the government.


What is your view on the existence of alliances in today's TW-ridden game structure, with no real wars?

It's simple. CODE failed, because it only sought total domination, wars of attrition, and TWs to grab gold to go back to wars of attrition against the big guys. There are still some countries left in it, but if they don't change their mindset, I see it difficult for them to get back on their feet. The rest of the alliances? Neutrality is good, but if the game allowed to withdraw more than 400k by law, Poland could enter the game and together with Pacifica, dominate the world. I think it would be nice to see an invasion of Poland, it would cost a lot, I know but having Poland wiped for 1 month or more would be nice to see, see how everyone tries to move companies, see how the economy burns....

I noticed that the newspaper module is practically unused, what proposals would you have to improve it?

Look, from a technical point of view, each article is a memory space that slows down the servers, and I'd prefer it not to crash, this year's event didn't even include newspapers... But if you ask me what I would do to improve it? I would raise the amount donated per endorse, so that a good article can get more CC. I would set a timer so that you don't waste time typing and then everything gets deleted... I would also put links to the eRep wiki on how to write an article, so that the few newcomers can know how to write one...

How do you feel about being president for so many months?


I honestly feel that I have only been in office for a few months, when I arrived in the country, Heroldo was president, I already had 21 medals as president and I felt that I was not performing, there were no tws, the participation of PY in the alliance was low, there were almost no packers in the country, it was a ghost country, which responded to its neighbours by letting itself be stepped on at every moment. Since I've been in the presidency, and I'm already going for the year continuously(I have 23 medals, I should have 31), we have at least 5 strong accounts, that “Pake” month to month, that farmean in battles, we have training wars, and we are part of an important alliance, one that doesn't trample us, that respects us and that achieved neutrality with our neighbours so that we can live in peace. Right now I feel like we are Asteria's little brother, but we can be a major power again 🙂



I want to congratulate you for the career you have had all these years and I see that Paraguay is your rest, do you see it that way? Did you learn some Guarani words?

I don't know if I'm resting, I've been here since 2019 and I sincerely like it, despite the quarrels that you can have with some specific characters, I feel that I'm one more and I always want the best for the country.


Finally I ask you to tell me about your future projects in eRepublik and I ask you to give us a song that you like, no matter if it is from another country, it would be like a gift for us.

My future projects? Ufff, keep on giving, having more training wars, doing the weekly epics in D2 and D3. And if more people join me, I'll be able to go up to D4... About a song, I see it more difficult, I would rather tell you that I prefer to remember all the players who have supported us and that some have been leaving the game, who watch us from afar and that could come to read this article. I can tell you that in these 5 years, history has been made with the support and/or participation of Papu, Martu, Pitufina, Fitomar, IronmanHiko, ZP, Heroldo, Chamorro, DECV II, Leonidu, Cronuss, Colosqui, Cafres, AF, among many others that without them, we would not be in this place right now.
