[MoEd]New Players Guide to Medals

Day 5,731, 10:46 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Department for Education

Today we will look at describing all the medals players are able to obtain within eRepublik. As of the last issue from the Ministry of Education we have relaunched the ePortal which will serve to collect all tutorials, government schemes and useful links in one place. We are still adding to and editing as we go but could always use more help! If you would like to assist us in this project then please contact Betafoxtrot. We are also still looking for help with mentoring and if you would be interested in that then please contact Mr Woldy.
Freedom Fighter

The Freedom Fighter Medal is awarded to players who actively participate in the successful liberation of a region undergoing a resistance war. Unlike most of the medals there is a moving target to hit. For a list of the requirements for each medal please see the wiki entry on Freedom Fighter medals.

For gaining this medal you will receive 1000 CC minus tax.
__________

Hard Worker

The Hard Worker Medal is one of the easier medals to achieve in eRepublik. It rewards consistent effort and dedication in the virtual world. To earn this medal, a player needs to work diligently for 30 consecutive days. The beauty of this medal lies in its simplicity, as it only requires a player to maintain steady employment for the specified period, regardless of their employer.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold.
__________

Congress Member

For those with an interest in the intricacies of political life within eRepublik, the Congress Member Medal is awarded to players who successfully secure a seat in Congress. To achieve this, players must actively participate in the political landscape, campaign for votes for their party, and ensure their party receives enough votes to secure their seat. Being a member of the Congress allows players to actively shape the direction of their eNation, making this medal both a recognition of their political acumen and a testament to their commitment to public service.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold.
__________

Country President

The Country President Medal is one of the most challenging accolades to obtain in eRepublik. It stands as a symbol of true leadership and statesmanship within the game. Players who manage to secure this prestigious title have won the Presidential election, demonstrating their ability to earn the trust and support of the eRepublik population. Becoming a Country President requires strategic skills, persuasive campaigning, and the ability to address the diverse needs of the country.
__________

Media Mogul

The Media Mogul Medal recognizes players who excel in journalistic endeavors and have built a substantial following for their newspaper. To earn this accolade, players must attract enough people to secure themselves the subscriptions of 1000 citizens. Achieving this milestone demands not only prolific writing but also the ability to produce engaging and informative articles that resonate with the eRepublik community. Quality content is key to obtaining this medal, making it a testament to a player's ability to inform, entertain, and captivate their audience. Good luck getting it as it’s the rarest medal in the game outside of the new dictator medals.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold for the first time you gain 1000 subscribers.
__________

Battle Hero

The Battle Hero Medal is a testament to a player's combat prowess on the battlefield. To achieve this medal, a player must deal the highest amount of damage during a battle phase. This often requires the effective use of high quality weapons, energy bars and bombs.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold for Division 4, 4 gold for Division 3, 3 gold for Division 2 and 2 gold for Division 1.
__________

Sky Hero

Exactly the same as the Battle Hero medal though this medal is specifically awarded to players who finish with the most damage in an Air Division battle phase. This is the most contested medal of the two due to the fact that anyone at any level participates in the same battle. As with Battle Hero Medals, this will usually require a player employing the use of high quality weapons or Stinger missiles.

For this medal you will receive 10 gold.
__________

Campaign Hero

Similar to the Battle Hero Medal, the Campaign Hero Medal is awarded to players who earn this by inflicting the most amount of damage during an entire campaign. Campaigns involve larger-scale battles with higher stakes, making this medal a recognition of a player's ability to be an influential force on the battlefield during critical moments.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold.
__________

Resistance Hero

The Resistance Hero Medal celebrates players who successfully liberate a region from the occupation of another country. Participating in a Resistance war requires dedication, teamwork, and courage. Players must pool their efforts and resources to achieve victory, as not all Resistance wars end in success.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold.
__________

Super Soldier

The Super Soldier Medal is all about physical strength and progression. Players earn this medal by advancing their strength by 250 points. It serves as recognition for their commitment to training and honing their combat abilities. Unlike the Hard Worker Medal, which mandates daily training, the Super Soldier Medal only requires steady improvement in strength, allowing players more flexibility in their training routines.

For this medal you will receive 5 gold.
__________

Society Builder

The Society Builder Medal highlights a player's ability to attract and inspire new citizens to join eRepublik. To earn this recognition, a player must successfully invite at least ten individuals to the game, and those recruits must reach level 10. Being a society builder involves actively engaging with new players, providing guidance and support as they familiarize themselves with the virtual world, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant community.
__________

Mercenary

The Mercenary Medal rewards players for their mercenary exploits on the battlefield. To earn this medal, a player must defeat opponents from 50 different countries, amounting to a total of 1250 defeated opponents. Mercenaries can choose to follow the orders of their home country or fight for their enemies, adding an element of choice and strategy to this medal's pursuit.

For gaining this medal you will receive 1000 CC minus tax.
__________

Top Fighter

The Top Fighter Medal is probably the most difficult to achieve in eRepublik for a new player. To earn this medal, a player must consistently rank in the top 100 of the biggest fighters for 30 consecutive days. It's a feat that few players can accomplish, and some may even resort to investing real-life money to gain an edge.
__________

Top Aviator

Again much the same as the Battle Hero/Sky Hero medal counterparts, the Top Aviator Medal is another difficult medal to achieve though this time made slightly easier due to the face you do not need to be in the top 30 on consecutive days, so no need to worry if you drop out one day or the next!
__________

True Patriot

The True Patriot Medal recognizes players for their loyalty and service to their eHomeland. To receive the first True Patriot Medal, a player must inflict 100,000 damage for their country of citizenship. This medal emphasizes the importance of actively participating in national defense and shows dedication to safeguarding the country’s interests.
This medal also has a moving target as you gain more of this medal. For a list of these targets, please see the wiki entry on True Patriot.

For gaining this medal you receive 1000 CC minus tax.
__________

Prestige Hunter

The Prestige Hunter Medal is awarded to players who manage to complete the weekly challenge. For more information on the weekly challenge please see our previous guide which you can find here. To complete the challenge will require a large investment in energy bars and gold as well as keeping an eye on Epic Battles around the eWorld in order to gain the maximum amount of Prestige Points.

For gaining this medal you will receive 5 gold, those who have gained the most prestige points across the eWorld each week will also be able to gain additional gold depending on how high they rank. The top player will receive 2000 gold down to the players who finish between 51st and 100th gaining 100 gold.
__________

Dictator Trainee

The Dictator Trainee Medal is gained by first being installed as a dictator, potentially overthrowing a democratically elected County President or a CP gaining absolute power themselves by way of winning a civil war launched by a Military Unit. The first of two awards for becoming a dictator, this first medal is gained after remaining in power for 10 days.

For gaining this medal you receive 5 gold.
__________

True Dictator

The second medal awarded, the True Dictator medal is then awarded to a player who then surpasses 30 consecutive days in power going without losing the position in a Revolution.

For gaining this medal you receive 50 gold.
__________

Liberator

The Liberator Medal is awarded to players who start a Revolution that goes on to be successful in removing the Dictator and restoring democracy to a nation. A revolution is successful if the battle is won starting from the initiation of the liberator.

For gaining this medal you receive 10 gold.

Each of these medals represents a distinct aspect of gameplay within eRepublik, providing players with diverse challenges and opportunities to showcase their abilities, skills, and dedication in the eWorld.
