[CP] Congratulations to competition and NAP

Day 2,430, 00:29 Published in Japan Japan by Nihon no Koe

Greetings!

After working through one third of my mandate I can tell you it's hard to be a president even in this game, especially if you want to do everything perfectly but maybe nobody can.

A lot of you scold me because of my newspaper where I release articles only in Hungarian and why do I do it if I'm the president of Japan. I want to repeat once again, it's my private newspaper which is released everyday about a lot of topics but I rarely mention politics. I started it one and half years ago as some kind of 'men's magazine'. The presidental announcements will be released only here.

We had some benefits at the tournament from the 10% NE battles last week, but I hope we'll regard it as a training war, and we'll be able to sign the NAP whose negotiations has been started in the previous month. Our current MoFA, Shadowmaniac is still working on it. We don't agree with Taiwan about the number of the owned regions and our MPPs. According to the newest plans they'd let us take only one region but they don't need some of them because of the same bonuses but they are willing to change their concept. The other thing is the MPP signing with Asteria members. We've had MPP with Hungary for a long time but considering our population we want to sign with Serbia too. I don't understand what is their problem if we'd have a NAP. Maybe they are not serious about it and want to break it 'sometimes' and in case of having MPP with the same country the war starter will loose the same country. As you know a MPP costs 10k cc a month, so Taiwan'd be interested in not to break it, but based on earlier experiences they used to it.

Despite of these I hope Shadowmaniac can finish what he has started and we can sign the NAP before the congress elections because it'd be beneficial for Taiwan and Japan too.

Let's talk about some good news insted.

First of all I want to congratulate you for your performance last week, as a result of it Japan managed to get 825 gold and a level 4 shield (4 billion damage). We almost got the 20th position (6 billion damage) but it's still nice, and congratulation to the members of Japan Self-Defence Forces who dealt most of the damage. We continuously gave away weapons and I hope everybody knew about it, and could require if needed some. So we had expenditures but I'm sure the balance is still positive. The coordinator of the giveaways was Nolmut.

Have a good time here at this week too!
