I want to go over two things here, first my running mate and some rumor clarification.
I am pleased to announce Kemal Ergenekon as my running mate. I
hope to revive our economy and I will work endlessly with him. Kemal is
our current Secretary of the Treasury, and he is one of the brightest
economic minds in the game. I will put him in charge of looking for ways
to help the business community expand, and become more profitable. In addition,
measures will be taken to slow down the bot-induced inflation to the extent it is
possible. This will be a difficult task with all the changes that have taken place in
the economic module of this game. I have been talking to him about the
economy, and I know he is the right man for the job.
There has been a rumor floating around that I would destroy the USAF. This is false. I will not do anything to hurt the USAF, and I have approved funds for it as a congressman along with taking unpopular positions to ensure their future funding. I am currently a member of the Special Forces, even though I've only been a member of the Special Forces for a short time it has been fun getting together with past friends and kicking butt for he U.S. All rumors saying I wish to do harm to the USAF are false, and just another example of dirty politics. I hope I have made myself perfectly clear.

Kemal, as the architect of the nonsensical tax hikes is indirectly responsible for decreasing the country's potential damage output. You, helping to push it through the Congress bobble heads are directly responsible for it.

catstrophic has a red line under it in my Chrome browser. It also does in Firefox.
I also have Lazarus working on my chrome browser. The comments are a textarea so the plugins work.

An interesting claim given that Kemal was the main architect of the tax regime which has just failed spectacularly. Even a well-trained chimpanzee would be a better choice.

It would be sad imo if he gave up on his position on going to a all militia system, i would vote for any one willing to stop the roll play and treat all mu as equally as they are created and supported in game functionality.

Maybe, Leroy is sacrificing himself for the benefit of the whole US and going all out Gandalf-style on this, as he intends to miraculously pull Kemal out of the EC, and sacrifice his own political career for the greater good of the whole country?
Maybe Kemal is cautiously testing the water by aiming for a position that, to some extent, actually requires the agreement of a large portion of the population to him being there?
I doubt that Leroy also got the KRBS, though. That means the US is doomed...

I performed the back-of-the-envelope calculation for you, that gave 22 fights less for every American citizen for every 500k in treasury.

I'll write down the mathematical model when I get my hands on a fresh installation of TeX. In the meanwhile search for "Ramsey Optimal Taxation". Focus on elasticities.

You use theory. Actually fundamentally flawed theory. In spite of repeatedly being called for to prove your theories with actual figures and calculations, you've always backed out - by dumbly repeating that you 'have answered all your rebuttals against the tax plan decisively'.
That is actually nothing more than a big, fat LIE.
