Good morning everyone. Spring has finally arrived, just two months of delay! Let’s celebrate it with some stats. In the first graphic there is the amount of eUSA citizens I registered every day of the month:
Like every month after Crypto Vault events, even May shows a little decrease in the number of alive citizens.
These are the detailed numbers of May:
Total balance from 1st May (1134) to 31st May (1105) = -29 people
Balance in % : -3 % of population in a month
Top day: 6th May = 1138 people
Low days: 21th and 28th May = 1098 people
May mean = 1114 active citizens
The next graphic compares the American average monthly population calculated in more than three years of eRepublik history:
May has a mean of citizens comparable to the lowest months of the previous year.

The eUSA represents the 3,2 % of the worldwide population.

The first two columns represent the monthly mean of the citizens registered in eUSA in 2020 and 2021. The other bars are the new American citizens from January 2022 to February 2023: the coloured bar represents the new registrations in a month, the yellow cap in every bar represents the citizenships approved by eUSA congress people.
Year 2020: around 290 beginners every month plus 10 citizenships approved.
Year 2021: less than 179 beginners per month plus 5 citizenships approved.
Year 2022: 209 beginners per month plus 6 citizenships approved.
Year 2023:
January: 184+6
February: 144+2
March: 394 + 4
April: 176 + 3
May: 120 + 7

This is the graphic of the eUSA elections:
Votes for presidents are blue, votes for congress are red, and the rest of light green bar represents the quantity of “active” citizens that did not casted a vote.
In May, 235 people of 1135 have voted for President, and 271 of 1099 have voted for Congress. In percentage the votes are the 21 % and the 25 % of the total eUSA population, one of the higher percentages for Congress in eUSA history.

And yeah, this May drop off in people is a big deal compared to previous years.
Oh, you was not here. November and March were marked by Crypto Vault events: Plato decided to give satoshi (one billionth parth of bitcoin) for free. People went crazy those days !

USA as percentage of world has increased from 2.8 to 3.2, which means other places are losing people faster than we are.

May's decline is not quite as alarming as the statistics portray. The number of USA citizens that emigrated to Colombia in the short time maybe is.
It would be nice if those movements were a little easier to track than they are.

10 citizens from USA obtained Columbian citizenship in May. Several are high profile accounts. Perhaps they'll rejoin USA community after some clandestine operations. Who knows?
