Hail to the Chief!

Congratulations to Stormin EwokJedi, on his election to Country Presidency.
The Ewok came out the gate with a domestic policy campaign.
His cabinet represents a pretty diverse sampling of America's political elite. The White House Press Release also saw a revival. (I was starting to wonder if we still had the org.)
Godspeed, Ewok.


Congress

The most notable thing to happen in congress is the budget debate.
One of our nationally funded incentive programs experienced a supply backlog and accounting inconsistencies. There were many who argued for disbanding the program, but others who argued for its merit.  
This is being hatched out by people who are better informed and angrier than I. Nobody wants to hear my political views.


Party Politics

Once again, it's time for the Party Presidential Elections and I need to convince my constitutes that they benefitted from my efforts. So, allow me to focus on the positive events of the month:
Our media presence has increased.
We gained an additional representative in congress.
Discord continues to be active.

My mission:
There are some who believe we have lost our influence and that we should pursue a policy of appeasement.
However, I don't plan on declining gracefully. If that's what you wish, you should vote for another candidate. I believe that it's better to burn out than to fade away.
