[MoFA] - Training Wars in the United Kingdom

Day 5,666, 05:59 Published in United Kingdom North Macedonia by Foreign Office

Introduction

Training wars, a cornerstone of military strategy in eRepublik, play a vital role in the development and progress of nations. The United Kingdom, actively engages in twelve Direct Training Wars (TWs).

These TWs offer a controlled environment for countries to enhance the military and aircraft ranks of their soldiers and pilots. Additionally, they provide opportunities for individual soldiers and pilots to earn gold medals such as Battle Hero, Campaign Hero, and Sky Hero and country currency from true patriot achievements.

This article aims provide background on the nature of the UK's training wars while offering guidance to non-UK pilots and fighters interested in participating.

Background

A training war involves a mutual agreement between two countries to engage in simulated combat, enabling both sides to train and strengthen their armed forces. In the United Kingdom, TWs are crucial in facilitating the growth of military and aircraft ranks, allowing the nation to strengthen our air and ground forces. The controlled environment ensures that regions do not change control until the predetermined time for resetting determination arrives.

Set Orders

Presently, all UK training wars follow the "Defender always wind" or "Ping-Pong" approach. In this setup, the defending country emerges as the victor, while the attacking country accepts defeat. The controlled outcome ensures stability and consistency within the training wars. Region control remains unchanged until the agreed time for resetting determination.

Guidance for Non-UK Pilots and Fighters

For non-UK pilots and fighters interested in participating in the United Kingdom's TWs, the following informal guidance is provided

UK-Side Medals: Medals earned in training wars are primarily intended for UK pilots and fighters. However, to assist in maintaining walls and other strategic objectives, corresponding TW partners are allowed to acquire medals. It is essential to maintain a cooperative atmosphere where both parties benefit from the training war.

Priority for eUK Pilots and Fighters: In the spirit of inclusivity and fairness, it is advised that the first 45 minutes of each battle be allocated to UK pilots and fighters for medal farming. This arrangement allows them to maximise their individual rewards. Non-UK participants should be aware that engaging in medal farming during this period or outside this period may carry some risk. See [MoD] Training War Bounties for more information

Requesting Additional Training Wars: If non-UK pilots and fighters feel that their own country lacks sufficient TWs, they are encouraged to approach their respective governments with a proposal to organise additional training wars. By taking the initiative, they can contribute to the growth and development of their nation's military capabilities.

Close
Training wars serve as a crucial instrument for countries to strengthen their military and aircraft ranks, while also providing individual soldiers and pilots with opportunities for personal growth and recognition.

The United Kingdom's commitment to twelve Direct Training Wars demonstrates our dedication to improving our military and aircraft ranks.

Non-UK pilots and fighters are welcome to participate in these TWs, with the understanding that our overwhelming focus is on UK-side medals for UK citizens or corresponding TW partners to assist in maintaining walls and other strategic objectives. We ask that this is constantly observed and respected.
